Danfoss PolyPower A/S is a separate company within the Danfoss group, a collaborative industrial partner which designs and manufactures PolyPower DEAP smart film and elements. 
 
Finding the best applications for the smart DEAP material is the key to success, and Danfoss PolyPower therefore has a clear focus on turning the technology and smart material into products. In collaboration with customers, Danfoss PolyPower focuses particularly on designing and developing products within energy harvesting, adaptive airfoils, valves and pumps, and not least sensors.

Danfoss PolyPower was established July 2008. The development of the PolyPower technology has been on its way for some time within the Danfoss group where it all started back in 1995 with former Danfoss President and CEO, Jørgen Mads Clausen having a vision of a polymer fibre structure that would work like a human muscle.
 
Today, a dedicated set-up for manufacturing and R&D is in place and all processes are in house including test facilities – and we are ready to take your orders.
